I must have loaded these over a month ago and forgotten to write about them. It's your lucky day! :) 

Here are a few photos from Grandma Hawley's birthday dinner at Uncle Doug's house. We were all pleased with Doug's culinary selection of Famous Dave's takeout and a chocolate cake. 

As you can see, Grandma had plenty of help. 

Leif took over candle quality assurance for Uncle Doug and Grandpa Hawley. 

 How can you possibly be FIVE and in your "senior year" of preschool? 

And the stars must have aligned over Thanksgiving weekend. 

The Kahnerts and the Hunts found themselves in our living room for an hour of reconnecting over puzzles and Pella-made pastries. Good times with great friends!
